The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders (This includes all made to order items)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations of Made to Order items
We usually can’t take cancellations on MtO items. Reasons are very simple. We don’t make collars one by one, we make them in batches. That means that one day we make webbing for 20 orders, another day we make pleats for the same 20 orders from yesterday and next day we are sewing bows and bells on these same 20. Day after we pack them and day after we send them via postal service. Next, we do the same with ears and hair bows and so on. So there is huge chance that once your order is received, it’s already in process of making, sometimes even ready to be packed. And cancellation is not possible, because we would end up with half done or even done item in specific sizing. Which we would maybe never sell again. So please, buy our product only if you are sure you really want it. 🙂 And you do. Because after all that time, you know, that we can guarantee our quality and make every piece with love and care.
