Please note that all orders are shipped from our warehouse, located in Czech Republic, European Union.
Processing time
Once you have placed your order, on average it takes about week to prepare, pack and leave our warehouse, but please be aware that it may take longer.
‘Made to Order’ items are not kept in stock, they tend to take a little longer as they need to be be sewn first. Processing time vary, but its usually about 2-4 weeks.
At extremely busy times, like during Christmas season, it can take up to 15 working days for orders to leave our warehouse, regardless of its premade or made to order item.
Shipping
Standard Service for USA its USPS, for UK destinations is Royal Mail, for Germany its Deutsch post, for any other countries is their national postal service.
All of our packages are trackable and with insurance.
We are not offering alternative shipping options for destinations outside of the Czech Republic.
